    Emily Latkanich embarked on her journey in the world of beauty in 2007 when she enrolled at Empire Beauty School. Her passion led her to specialize in a wide range of skills, from color correction and extensions to creating stunning blondes and vivid hair transformations, all while excelling in the art of dry cutting and beauty education. Today, Emily stands as the proud owner and operator of Bad Wolf Studio, and Director of Education with The Craft Shears. Beyond her thriving career, she treasures her role as a loving mother of three and a devoted wife. In her cherished moments of free time, you can find her channeling her creative energy into remodeling their old home, enjoying the great outdoors while camping, and sharing unforgettable moments with their beloved rescue pitbulls!

    Kayla Gardner, our Salon Manager is a 2019 graduate of Laurel Business Institute's cosmetology program, is a rising star in the world of beauty. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity, Kayla has honed her expertise in hair extensions, crafting stunning lived-in looks, and bringing vibrant red tones to life. Beyond the salon's walls, Kayla's artistic flair extends to interior decorating and design, where she leaves her personal creative mark wherever she goes. She shares her adventures in life with her loving husband, Hunter, as they travel the world, creating cherished memories together.

    Bethanee White, a proud graduate of Laurel Business Institute's School of Cosmetology in 2019, is a multifaceted beauty professional. Her skills range from expertly crafting extensions and vivid hair transformations to creating effortlessly chic lived-in looks and perfecting nails and brows. Beyond her thriving salon career, Beth finds solace in the great outdoors, where she enjoys kayaking adventures with her beloved family. Traveling to new destinations also holds a special place in their hearts, allowing them to create lasting memories together. Beth's passion for beauty and her zest for life shine through in all she does.

    Dana, a graduate of the Cosmetology program at Steel Center Career and Technology Center, is a versatile beauty expert with a passion for enhancing natural beauty. Her specialties include creating stunning blonde tones, elevating lash aesthetics through lifting and tinting, mastering the art of brow lamination and tinting, and accentuating features with makeup. Beyond the salon, Dana is a devoted and loving mother who finds solace in spending quality time outdoors with her family. Her talent for both nurturing her loved ones and enhancing beauty makes her a true gem in both her personal and professional life.

  • Hannah

    Hannah is a budding talent on her way to conquering the world of cosmetology. Currently enrolled at Uniontown Area High School and the Fayette County Career and Technical Institute, she's diligently honing her skills in cosmetology. Having already conquered her state boards, Hannah is now passionately assisting and learning the ropes in our salon. Her journey will reach its exciting peak in the spring of 2024 when she completes her cosmetology hours and takes on the role of a full-time stylist here at Bad Wolf Studio. Hannah's heart beats for nails and nail art, particularly gel and acrylic nails, showcasing her flair for creativity. Beyond her beauty pursuits, she enjoys the world of fashion and the thrill of thrift shopping, adding unique touches to her personal style.

    Julie is the heartbeat of our salon as the friendly face at the front desk and our indispensable salon coordinator. With a remarkable track record of over 20 years in customer service, she effortlessly keeps our establishment running like a well-oiled machine. Beyond her organizational prowess, Julie finds immense joy in her role as a devoted mother to her two boys, Eli and Cole. She shares her adventurous spirit with her husband, Jeremy, as they travel the country to attend Pearl Jam concerts and explore other thrilling live music experiences. Julie's passion for both work and life shines through in all she does, making her an invaluable asset to our team and a source of inspiration to us all.
